The Balanced Diet


                    We must eat balanced diet. Otherwise we don't gent the Proteins,Vitamins and Minerals. Because of that out body become weak. The balanced diet must include Fruits,Vegetables,Milk,Grains,Fish and sometimes meat. Fiber content is an essential think in the food.

The steps to make the diet is a balanced one is following,


1.   The Food must contain Fruits & Vegetables.

2.   Use Fish & Milk at least once in a week.

3.   Using Meat once in a month is good for health.

4.   Use fiber rich food materials.

5.   Only take food three times in a day.
 6.   Breakfast is the highest energy giving food.

7.   Try to use Oats for the supper.It will help to reduce the               Cholesterol and Weight.

8.   Must drink water as much as possible.

9.   Must wash hand before and after eating.

10. Walking after eating is goof for digestion.


The pointless ocean moans on top of each conventional mathematics.

LIVE HEALTHY

          Life is a precious gift . We should keep it safe and healthy. We must take care of our daily life and our life style for a better and healthier body. For deciding the one who is a healthier person by considering both his body and mind.  
The main thing affecting one person's  body was the life style of that person. Daily exercise and balanced diet will be take care of the body of a person. The main reason for a unhealthy body is exercise less life style and unbalanced diet. Also the use of Alcohol and Tobacco will make the body unhealthy and make serious damage to internal organs. 

Some tips for a healthier body are provided below,

1.   Wake up Early Morning (Between 5.00 Am to 5.30 Am).

2.   Sleep Early. (Between 9 Pm to 10 Pm).

3.   Sleep almost 6-8 hours daily(At night).

4.   Exercise daily morning and Evening(Walking is a must thing). 

5.   Take a bath in the morning.

6.   Maximum eat 3 times a day.

7.   Take a balanced diet(In food mainly include Fruits & Vegetables).

8.   Use Fish,Egg and Milk at least once in a week.

9.   Use Oats once in a day will help to reduce cholesterol.

10. Avoid Fast food.

11. Practice Yoga & Meditation.

12. Yearly body checkup is essential.

13. Check the body weight once in a month

14. If you are a healthier person donate the blood once in every six months.

15. Keep a pleasing mind.

16. Panchakarma Therapy and Body massaging(Ayurveda) once in a year will help the              body healthy.

17. Use fresh purified water for drinking.

18. Wash the hand's before eating.

19. Eat daily using a time table.

20. The top thing is avoid Alcohol & Tobacco products
